RE:THRIVE is where land and life regenerate.

Founded by Lana, the company grew from a family legacy of farmland in the Loam Region and a personal battle with chronic illness. Her discovery was simple yet groundbreaking: healthy soils create healthy people. Fertile soils nurture resilient crops and form the basis of a healthy gut system.

RE:THRIVE invests in Belgian freehold farmland to drive regenerative agriculture, restoring vitality to the earth, resilience to communities, and balance to our bodies.

Our vision is clear: to restore and nurture healthier soils in Belgium and across Europe, transforming the farmland we acquire into systems that regenerate nature and support human health.

Lana Hemelaere

Lana, with more than two years of experience as Head of Legal and Investor Relations at a boutique equity fund in London and two years overseeing operations at the family investment fund, now leads RE:THRIVE's mission. She leverages her expertise in law, finance, and investment strategy to drive sustainable and regenerative agriculture investments.

With deep knowledge, decades of experience, and continuous learning, Johan Hemelaere has been developing his career as a value investor since 1987.

Verdruye

With over 30 years of experience in wealth management and a recognized status as Certified Director, Geert Verdruye serves as a board member in various Luxembourg AIFs.

De Witte

With international experience and broad expertise in real estate development and investment, Alex De Witte has been leading Baltisse Real Estate since 2013.
