With strong backgrounds in finance, strategy, and investments, we offer a fresh approach to future-proof investments, focusing on acquiring and managing freehold farmland to promote regenerative agriculture in Belgium.

Elodie Vanden Avenne
With five years of experience in finance at a real estate private lending fund and strategy at Simon-Kucher, Elodie co-leads RE:THRIVE’s strategy in regenerative agriculture and sustainable investments. She combines financial expertise with a strategic approach to scale regenerative farming and drive lasting impact, accelerating the transition to a healthier planet.

Lana Hemelaere
Lana, with more than two years of experience as Head of Legal and Investor Relations at a boutique equity fund in London and two years overseeing operations at the family investment fund, now co-leads RE:THRIVE's mission. She leverages her expertise in law, finance, and investment strategy to drive sustainable and regenerative agriculture investments.
