We attach great importance to your privacy and are therefore transparent about what data we collect about you. All data we collect is stored in our secure database. What data do we collect from you and why?
Personal data that we proces
RE:THRIVE processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. The personal data that we process:
First and last name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Information about your activities on our website.
RE:THRIVE has appointed Savaco for this purpose, a specialized software company in Kortrijk (Belgium). The technologies that Savaco provides and that RE:THRIVE also uses are Microsoft 365, Outlook (Exchange Online) and SharePoint.
Statistics
When you surf to our website, we store certain data of you in statistics (Google Analytics). This data includes the browser type, IP address, the operating system you use and the domain name of the website that sent you to our website. We use these statistics to analyze the surfing behavior of our visitors and optimize our website for our users based on this. The statistics are anonymous.
In addition, we also collect certain data when you subscribe to our newsletter. More specifically, this concerns information about the browser type, unique identification and the number of times a link in our newsletter is clicked. We use this data to improve our newsletter or to be able to analyze any problems.
For what purpose do we process your personal data:

If you fill out the contact form on our website, we will store the data you enter. We will securely store your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, message, IP address and the time of sending. This is necessary to be able to communicate with you correctly. By clicking the "Send" button, you give us permission to process and store the data entered in the input window.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name, last name and email address. We need this information to be able to send you the newsletter. The newsletter is sent four times a year. Your email address is stored securely at Mailchimp. Mailchimp is an email marketing platform and does not buy, sell or manage email files to or for natural or legal persons. It stores and processes your content in accordance with the current security standards that apply in the sector. You can unsubscribe from the option to receive newsletters from RE:THRIVE at any time.

Sharing personal data with third parties
We use your data within the RE:THRIVE and only provide it to third parties in the context of the execution of an agreement or to comply with regulations.
How long do we retain your data?
RE:THRIVE does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods per category:
Personal data of shareholders/customers: continuously and five years after withdrawal or termination so that information can still be provided in the context of, for example, tax returns.
Personal data of interested parties: until the end of the month three years after sending the contact form.
Personal data of newsletter subscribers: until the end of the month five years after you have unsubscribed from the newsletter.
Unless we are required to retain your personal data for a longer period on the basis of a legal obligation or regulation or for special reasons of liability (e.g. in the context of a (potential) dispute).
What rights do you have?
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

We will do our best to process all requests as quickly as possible and will attempt to respond within three weeks of receipt of your written request or application.

Right to access and rectification: You have the right to view all personal data that we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data changed or deleted. However, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card with your request so that we can be sure that the request for access has been made by you. This is to protect your privacy.
